Cancellation Policy

At Blanko, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. This policy covers a step by step guide on how to initiate cancellations along with the associated terms and conditions.

How to Cancel an Order

Visit the View Orders section under user menu on the top right corner of your screen.

• Click on “View Order” on the order you want to cancel.
• Scroll down and then click “Cancel Order”.
• Provide reason of cancellation from the drop down.
• Click on “Submit”.

Please note that once the order is shipped, it CANNOT be cancelled. You may be charged a processing fee of up to 25% of the invoice value if the order is not accepted at the time of delivery.

Processing Time

Cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds (if any) will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

This Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws.
