Shipping Policy

Blanko offers shipping to customers within India and to select international locations. By placing an order through the Services, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Shipping Methods and Fees

At Blanko, we provide free domestic shipping for orders above a certain cart value and a nominal shipping fee may apply for the rest.

International orders, however, can only be prepaid and will have an additional shipping fee depending on the country of delivery. The items in the order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and will be responsible for all Import Fees.

Shipping Timeframes

Blanko will make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 days of receipt of your order. It may take anywhere between 1-7 days to deliver within India and between 3-15 days internationally. Blanko is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including your name, address (house/plot no, street, area, landmark, city, state, pincode etc) and phone number. Blanko is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a WhatsApp notification with the tracking number and a link to check the movement to your delivery destination.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You can cancel your order by logging into your account on our website and going to the Order section. From there, you can select the order you wish to cancel, provide the reason of cancellation and follow the instructions provided.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Under exceptional cases (purely at Blanko's discretion), a processing fee of Rs 199 or 25% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be levied and the balance will be refunded (if applicable) within 5-7 working days.
